          At E.R.B. Management we believe the artist should be focused more on building their skill rather than marketing, promoting, or booking shows. We are an independent label for independent artist and have seen how it is very difficult for an artist to do all that juggling and succeed. 

          Therefore we decided to build a management company that also handles the promotion aspect as well. Our company is designed to do all of the marketing, promoting, and booking for the artist so that they can focus on developing and growing. We have designed some strategic marketing, promotion, and booking packages to suit all artists!
